First off I would like to say a big thank you to corvette forum for the wealth of information this site provides. For sale is my 2002 Corvette ZO6. Reason for the sale is I just don't drive it much (4-5k miles in last two years) and would like to have the cash for a new house purchase in the near future. I bought this car two years ago in bone stock condition and have taken great care of it. I stored it winters and had the battery on a tender. The car is always garaged kept. Since I have owned it I have done several things to it including basic tasteful performance mods and other routine maintenance.
May 2012: New idler pulley, belt tensioner pulley, main drive belt
June 2012: New front signal/marker lights to replace weathered, cracked ones
July 2012: New fuel filter
August 2012: Hurst billet aluminum shifter w/Hurst shift ****, Blackwing cold air intake
January 2013: Brakemotive slotted rotors and pads
February 2013: Kooks ceramic coated long tube headers, catted x-pipe, connection pipes, new spark plugs
April 2013: ECS Performance Shop computer tune, 180 degree thermostat, 1-4 shift also tuned out
August 2013: New C6 ZO6 shocks
October 2013: GMPP plug wires and AC Delco battery
May 2014: New OEM ignition switch
I have done several other small things to this car and have all receipts and stock parts I have took off which will be included in the sale. The car has an Alpine Bluetooth head unit complete with hands free calling which is helpful with the car being a 6 speed. I had the windows tinted when I first bought it. I also had all four wheels refurbished by Restock Wheels in Southfield, MI who did an excellent job fixing some old minor curb rash and repainting them to exact OEM color. All the fluids in the car have also been changed and obviously the oil regularly.
The car is in overall very good shape (exterior has normal wear from being driven but cleans up well, the interior is very nice, non smoker, very clean), drives and handles great and runs even better. One thing I should add is every so often I throw a P0133 code due to my header install. I easily clear this out via the DIC and when it does come on does not in anyway effect driveability.
