I am also in the NW portland and have been watching the local cars that are available.
There are about 6 or 7 in the NW for sale now.
Mostly in Seattle .. 18-20$k

I have a 2003 Electron Blue for sale. 08 Z06 seats, shortened stock shifter with C6 zo6 ****. Custom shorty antennae, Mini tubbed in the rear with 12x18" Forgeline wheels with Translucent blue outers, 10x18 fronts. Same as my AX car in the avatar. Full interior insulation kit installed.
The mileage is higher than you want but most of the mileage is highway since I live in the country. 70k miles ASKING $23K

If you're still looking and want to have it shipped, I just got a info on a silver 2004 Z06 with 2900 miles on it (not a typo, 2900). Been kept in a heated garage on carpet. asking $27998. PM me if you want info, the car is in Pennsylvania.

Not sure if it's what you're looking for, sir, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask since the thread is still up. I've got a 2003 Z06 in Electron Blue with Mod Red interior, 76k miles, LS6 with some performance mods (intake, heads, cam, and exhaust) which put it at a manageable 500rwhp. Also has a few tasteful visual mods. Located in Northeastern Oklahoma - the price on my ad is negotiable. Here's a link to the sale thread. Let me know if you're interested!
