Two owner car and has been a garage queen since I bought it. The car has been garage kept and only driven in nice weather since I bought it in 2004 with 7,900 miles on the odometer. It's time to pass it on to someone that will actually use it and not store for the next owner.

Questions answered
To reply to some PMs I have received:
This car has not been wrecked or damaged that I am aware of (since 7790 miles when I bought it) Comes with clean title (in hand)
Carfax was clean at the time.
Carfax reported failing emissions in April 2003 @ 5,000 miles). Previous owner had fuel cap replaced and passed. No emission problems since.
No repaint work, all original paint. See additional pictures in my gallery for minor blemishes/scuffs on the car (link added to original post).
Tires will need to be replaced soon. Maybe a couple thousand miles left?
Driver seat does show usual wear for these cars - the leather used was not the best and they wear easy. See picks in the gallery. Passenger seat like new.
Merry Christmas everyone!

MIZ!
I am at a loss as to why I am getting a ton of looks but no bites. I believe it is now priced right, and do understand that it is not the best time to sell a convertible, but not sure what is preventing any interest in buying the car.
Let's take this opportunity to identify things I am not aware of that are preventing the sale of my baby. Fire away!

Since you asked, your car is very appealing, however a couple things give me pause.
1) Your user name along with the intake and shifter mods make me wonder how many of the miles were put on 1/4 mile or 2.5 miles at a time.
2) I have seen C5's with 3 and 4 times the mileage that don't show that kind of wear on the driver seat.

Fick, thanks for the honest feedback. See replies to your concerns below..
I am in the market for a car very much like yours. I want to spend a little less, so i may have to settle for one with a few more miles.
Since you asked, your car is very appealing, however a couple things give me pause.
1) Your user name along with the intake and shifter mods make me wonder how many of the miles were put on 1/4 mile or 2.5 miles at a time.
My user name comes from PC online racing that I decided to use as a name here. I have never run down the 1/4 mile in a car, much less this one.
Intake and shifter mods were to enhance the experience, not a reason to abuse the car. I get where you are coming from with this, and understand your concern, but it is not the case with this car. I can tell you that the previous owner did autocross the car, but took very good care of the car and did not abuse it. As for short trips in the car, I am guilty! This is a secondary car, and I only used it when I felt like it. Frequent trips out in the nice weather to the store and back were the norm. Otherwise, the car sits in a garage until I decide to pull it out again.. I am your typical 50 year old Corvette owner, and believe it or not, I have not had this car above 100 MPH since I owned it.. sad..
2) I have seen C5's with 3 and 4 times the mileage that don't show that kind of wear on the driver seat.
This was my concern when I bought it from the original owner as well (with 67XX miles). I did not understand why the side bolster wear was so prevalent. After meeting him, I understood, as he was pretty big fellow, and I could see him getting in and out causing the wear with what he had for a wallet. The rest of the seat wear is normal for the time in the seat driving it. Like I said, a lot of short drives, not long trips..
Again, thanks for asking the questions, I appreciate the input.

Safety Car
Nice car it should sell. A new cover for that seat is not that much money and the replacements are much better leather. But they still look the same. Don't feel the same though. Much nicer. Mine had bolster damage when I got it. I redid the seats myself with Mid America Motor Works covers. Not that hard to do. A buyer could easily fix that. Or go with custom 2 tone if they like.
