Default 03 Z06 LS 7 Torch red/black

LS 7 RTA bare block with Callies crank/comp star rods, wisco pistons (all forged/balanced/blue printed). LS 7 heads ported w/SS exhaust valves/bronze guides. Intake radically ported. TB ported. LS 7 clutch. American racing headers. DeWitts radiator. Basically all the good stuff you would expect in a quality build.
Motor was done with 120,500 miles on vette. Now car has 140,240 miles, so 19,740 miles on engine/clutch build.
Also many recent new parts (less than 2,000 miles). Battery, starter, C6 ZO6 shocks, O2 sensors. Tunnel plate mod, C6 Z06 shifter, electric cutouts.
Tires are brand new with new alignment. New brake rotors and pads will be going on within a few days(already bought).
Interior stills clean with one small driver side bolster tear. A/C is good, everything works.
Never been to the strip or track, just a fun build. Reason for sale am retired and just moving on.

Will post some pictures within a few days.

Asking $18,500.00/OBO. Am available for delivery.

Thanks.

It also has the heads milled for a 11.5 to 1 compression ratio, running a Billet cam(has about 7,000 miles on it and along with new double springs). The cams specs are 235/242 114 lsa, lift .633/.635. Last dyno was 535rwhp/510rwtq.

This cam is more street friendly. Highway cruise (65-70) gets almost 25 mpg! First cam was a 239/251 115+3(still looks new and you can have it) but had surging around 1500-1700 rpm, so we changed it out.

I just checked NADA and my price is high. Of course we who do these mods always seem to think that. But NADA shows lower with these miles. Some vendors, one shows 30K+ to drop this motor in. Another wants 20K for a built LS 7 then labor to drop it in. Making a change to a LS 7 does run some bucks.

So, I am adjusting my asking price to $18,500/OBO. Also, am available for delivery. Am a retired pilot so as long as I get to a major airport I can get back home.

I check back here daily so just PM me.

Best for the holidays.

Maybe Atlanta, Georgia? For sure not to anywhere in Maine! Also, no accidents.

Looks like a neat Z06! Did you have to do any transmission modifications to accommodate the increased horsepower? Do you have cats on your X-pipe? Any electrical problems? Thanks!

Has cats. No mods on the trans. Never ran drag tires.

Has the steering lock bypass. No electrical problems. Oh, the light on the inside of the hood doesn't work. It never has!

Been dynoed several times......check post number 3. To get it up near 600 wrhp it needs a Fast 102 and a bigger cam like a LS7R or GT21. It was built for this as its an all forged motor and the valve reliefs can handle large lift. But went with a smaller cam and just radically ported the LS 7 intake.
