Is it both rails? Rails alone are $700 plus from GM and that doesn't include rockers. Full interior???

As stated in my description, I have the rails to fix it, rockers are fine. I have the GM repair layout on where to cut it. Yes, interior is complete minus the seats. The passenger rail can be straightened, bought both cause they came priced as a set.
