You say it's tuff to get into reverse, trans was just rebuilt? Did it come from the shop that way after rebuild?

No, this started around June. The reverse gear was not touched when the transmission was out. I spent about $1400 in parts and labor just for the transmission, but none of those had anything to do with reverse. Still shifts fine in 1st through 6th.
