I am wanting to upgrade to an 07-08 Z06 and need to sell my 01 Z06 first. She has about 130k miles, Cray wheels 19s-20s with newer Mich PS2, has had head cam updated and has a muffler delete. Needs paint, and could use some TLC type stuff but nothing major. What do you think she is worth in todays market? Thanks my brothers!

Depends on how bad the paint is and what TLC is required. Miles are decent for Texas, but high for anyone else. I would say sub 15K for sure, probably more like 10K-13K, again depending on whats wrong.

without pics and clarification on paint and "TLC", I am going to assume close to the worst, as in: Most 'vette buyers will not want it because it doesn't look as good as other vettes of similar vintage. In which case, the market is limited, mostly to sub-prime buyers, and resellers. Out here (NV), that means $8k to $9k. There was an '01 Z06 with 150K and some "issues" (no wrecks) sitting on CL out here that went down to $7500 before it sold.

A car that needs work, particularly a specialty vehicle like a vette, mercedes 2-seater, beemer, etc., has a pretty narrow audience.

The paint is in "It needs repainting shape" this cant be buffed. Trans is a level 5 transmission not by RPM, and motor is a HCI motor. Do you guys think it helps much to do a quick DIP paint job or save the $600 and sell as is.

getting a 600 paint job would hurt it more than leaving it original imho. spend 1200 or more to get 1000 k more+ out of it with good paint, but sell it way faster. You could just leave it as is, wait it out ... or drop your price. Idk what else it needs, just commenting on the paint
