Cammed 2001 C5 Z06 for sale
135K Miles
2001 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 For sale no trades as I owe money on the car with USAA. Modifications to the LS6 5.7L engine include Brian Tooley Racing valve springs good to .660 lift, a Lunati Voodoo camshaft, TX Speed Long tube headers, Borla Cat back exhaust, MGW short shifter, A ported Throttle body and the rocker arm trunion upgrade. Essentially the top end of the engine is brand new, all work was done 1700 miles ago by Red line performance in Daytona beach. The car also has a Mcleod twin disc RXT racing clutch. Good to 1000 HP. Brand new Bridgestone tires as well, 1000 miles on them from Firestone. MGW Short shifter, has a button for cutouts installed as well, cutouts no longer on the car. Cam specs are 234 238 599 601 112 LSA. It thumps pretty good. When its cold, it will grind 4th gear and 2nd gear, when it warms up it doesn't do it. Also installed a Tick MC and speed bleeder on the car.
I've owned the car since 90K miles, and put about 50 miles a day of highway miles on it since then. I need something with 4 doors due to my job and being in the military other wise I would keep the car. I just need something with more room. Make offers, but don't low ball me. I won't respond. The car was dyno tuned by Jeremy Formato and makes 420 RWHP and 383 RWTQ on a dynojet on a 95 degree FL day. I ran it at the track before the cam on street tires and ran a best of 11.94@118 MPH with a 2.10 60' time. With the Cam and new clutch it should be a high 10 second car with good tires on the back.
The only flaws with the car are cosmetic. There is a scratch on the drivers side, and a scuff mark on the rear bumper. All maintenance has been done on schedule and nothing but synthetic fluids used ever. Im sure I am forgetting something. Text or call me at (352)870-one17two. Bro erase the video clean off the intake manifold with some vinyl spray and clean the motor up do the video again but get some of the car running, driving and some fly bys....135 is a decent amount of miles but I think it's priced right should sell quick u just have to help her sell don't let the motor "look" like it's got 130k miles on it and if it doesn't sell soon I may be grabbing it from u
