2000 Magnetic Red / Oak 6 spd Coupe FS
I have a 2000 Magnetic Red Metallic / Light Oak Corvette Coupe with a 6 speed manual transmission and only 51K miles. This Corvette has every option offered at the time; Head Up Display (HUD), active handling, power memory telescopic steering column, Bose stereo CD player, dual power leather sport seats, dual zone climate control, memory package, tinted glass top, body side moldings, fog lights, twilight sentinel, cargo net and optional Magnesium rims.
It has always been garaged and very well maintained. It has never had any paintwork. It is even parked in a covered parking garage at work. I recently replaced the battery in April 2014 and flushed and replaced the antifreeze with Dexcool in March 2014 as well as replacing the serpentine belt. In February 2015 I replaced the clutch master cylinder and bled and replaced the clutch fluid. The tires are Goodyear EMT’s with only around 14K miles on them and were replaced in 2012. Oil changes were done every 3K miles with Mobil 1 full synthetic and Delco UPF44 filters. I recently replaced the plastic sway bar end links with new GM metal end links.
The car is completely stock except for a fully polished GHL Bullet exhaust system, a C5 exhaust plate, professionally tinted windows and domed chrome rear lettering. The original window sticker is included and shows an original MSRP of $45,909 plus $3K additional for the Magnesium rims.
This is my wife’s car and we are the third owners. The car is located in Bonita Springs, Florida. I am asking $15,900. The car needs nothing and looks and runs like new. Clean title in hand.

The car has the standard suspension and I recently replaced the plastic sway bar end links with new GM metal end links. Sorry about the full mailbox, there were a lot of inquiries regarding my car and I wasn't on the Forum all day to respond to them and make room for more.

Damn Mike, can't believe you're selling that beautiful car.
Are you looking to move up a generation or two in Corvettes or go in a different direction? And hopefully whatever you do, you'll still stick around here on the forum.
Best of luck with the sale - that's a bargain for someone.

I can't believe that there is no interest in my car. It has extremely low mileage, it has all of the options, is one of the most desirable color combos, has a 6 spd manual trans, has been meticulously maintained it's entire life, everything works, it needs nothing, all the maintenance has been done like clock work, has never had any paint work, has a clean title and clean car fax, is a 2 owner car, the original owner had it 12 years, is stock but has the most sought after exhaust sytem and is priced ridiculously low. I was just offered $15,000 from a local dealer as an out right purchase, not even as a trade so I know the price can't be the issue. The recent auctions show comps at $15,500+. I don't think that there is another C5 out there for sale this cheap that is even comparable in condition or mileage. So why is there no interest? I have it listed at 32% of it's original MSRP. It's not even worth my selling it at the price I have lowered it to at this point. People are buying 100K+ mile C5's in need of mechanical, electrical and cosmetic work for only a couple grand less on here all of the time and sinking many thousands into them to end up with a car that is not nearly as nice as this one is as is.

Wish you were closer as well, central Indiana. Beautiful car! Want to take a road trip to Indiana?
