Carlisle is pretty close to me, just down the PA Turnpike. I'm hopeful that I can make it this year, but I'm not totally sure yet.

I've answered the last round of PM's as well.

Just so there aren't any hard feelings...

There has been a lot of interest lately and I want to give everyone time to make sure it's right for them, but the first person to actually hand over the money will be the one to take it home.

I just can't hold the car and pass up a potential sale to someone else while you think it over.
