Default FEELER: 2002 Z06 Blue 80,xxx miles

Looking to get something a little more practical for family life so I'm going to be selling the Vette soon.

It is my daily driver Z06. 80,xxx miles. Stock except for plasti dipped wheels. No issues at all. Broken into last year and driver side window was replaced with factory glass. Just a few minor dings in the paint from the occasional piece of gravel.

I am thinking something around $22,000 would get my interest in a hurry.

Thoughts? Here are a few pics

just my opinion but 22k seems a little unreasonable.
I almost bought a 27k mile 02 blue Z06 for 20k

Hate to say it but I agree. I bought a 2011 Camaro with 24,000 miles on it, for that. The Z06 was a performer in its day. It's simply not a 20k car anymore.

Love the car. Great color. Appears clean.
Exactly what I'd be interested in if I weren't paying for college! Good luck.

It is a 20k car all day with low mileage, they're usually around the ls2 c6 price but a little less. There is an 01 with 3k miles for sale for 24k on here though so the price is high for this one

I apologize. I did not mean the Z06 is not a 20k car. I meant that this example of a Z06 is not.

And to the OP, I am by no means putting your car down. It's a great car and a great color, and unmodded is definitely a plus in my mind. I am only trying to make discussion about some of the nitty gritty here.

Default No interference rule applies here

One of the rules for posting in this section is you are not to interfere with a sale. The original poster did not ask anyone for their opinion on price. If you don't like his price you should just be moving on.

Calling a post a 'feeler' and asking for 'thoughts' seems expressly like wanting an opinion on price.

Dude the C5Z will eat your Camaro. So it's still performer in this day.

In his defense, he did post again and clarify his feelings about C5Z's. That being said, it always puts a smile on my face knowing our old Z's can still steamroll the majority of factory cars being produced nowadays! GLWS OP.

Now I feel bad, never noticed he said that. My bad. C5 Z best car for the money, no doubt.

An 02 with 80k is a $16k car in excellent condish. Blue book on my 04 Z with 68k is about 21k right now. That's excellent condish which it is.

That blue with black rims an black interior looks cool.

Here's your Blue book:

Have you had the valve spring issue taken care of? How often have you changed the oil and done other servicing? How new are the tires, and what brand/model are they? Did you install a 12-disc CD changer? Anything else that you can share about your Z06? I'm interested! .....Steve Snider
