2002 Mallett Hammer Z06

Putting my car up for sale. I’ve had this car since June 2013 and have decided to list it for sale and see what happens. Im thinking its time to go another direction. Where that is i'm not yet sure. A lot of thought has gone into weather or not I want to do this. The car has been great the last 2 yend runs and drives with no problems. I purchased the car in 2013 with just shy of 6,000 miles on the odometer. The car currently sits at 12,800 miles. I have meticulously maintained the car the whole time I have owned it and have put some more money into it in order to keep it looking like its still brand new! I religiously changed oil with Mobile One synthetic oil and washed weekly, sometimes even it it wasn’t driven that week!

I would put Paint at a 9/10 and the interior 9/10. I don’t believe any used car will be a 10/10. That being said this has got to be one if the nicest, as close to perfect as C5s get. With less than 1000 miles per year average it should be.

I have a ton of documentation from Mallett Cars from when the car was originally built, as well as every receipt for every little part ever purchased. This car is one of the 16 C5 Z06 Hammer package equipped cars built. It has a unique Mallett chassis number and is registered with the National Corvette Museum. I have a 1" thick 3 ring binder full of Mallett documentation, including build sheet and original window sticker. no expense was spared by the original owner when it was built
I am the 2nd owner of the car and I personally purchased it from the Original owners widow. The car gets attention and compliments everywhere I go!

I just want to be clear on one thing. I'm not in a position where I need to sell the car. I still enjoy having one very unique C5 Z06. low ballers please take your comments elsewhere. Thank you.

ASKING 36,500 reasonable offers considered.
Title in hand

Info:
• 1 of 16 C5 Z06 built by Mallett. (one was crushed in the Corvette Museum skydome sinkhole)

Engine/Exhaust:

• 5.7L LS6
• Trick Flow CNC ported 225 heads
• Mallett 580 232/235 115* comp camshaft
• Harland Sharp Roller Rockers

The supercharger that the original owner had installed by mallett was causing the serp belt to come off at higher RPM and leave me on the side of the road. New blower setup was installed at 7700 miles and has never had a belt problem since)

Aprox mileage at install was around 6,100 miles )

Thanks. I've had a ton of 30k and below offers, but when people are are asking damn near 30k for a stock car with the same miles I feel like this is a steal with all the money that was originally invested.

An absolutely beautiful car with very desirable upgrades. Also surprised it hasn't sold already. Best of luck with the sale.

bump for nice ride.

I bet the problem is financing; tough to get competitive rates for vehicles older than ~7 model years. A smart buyer could take a HELOC and deduct the interest, while keeping cash invested. But that's none of my business.

Yeah. I've had 3 buyers have to back out due to financing reasons. It's going to take a buyer with a large down payment or all cash.
