He hasn't been on since 3/23. He hasn't and won't see this. If I were you I'd just order what you need and be done with it. Your just making it more stressful on yourself then it needs to be.

It's pretty obvious that you guys are both at fault, you being impatient and him having family issues (at least thats what i made from that gibberish you posted). The thing that you are waiting on (heat shield and spare key) are easily to obtain. Get the key from the dealer and the heat shiedl can be easily fabricated.

I have retuned it and it's now running pretty well. Just put some new tires on the back because the ones on this "immaculate" car were dry rotted. It's scary fast.

Thanks for your opinion. I guess when you buy something and the seller doesn't make good on his promises its ok with you. I paid him 100% of the money we agreed on and I expect 100% of the product. I haven't mentioned, we agreed on a price including delivery but he re****ed on that also.

So for a 30 dollar key and a heat shield. He should have sent you the parts but at some point you have to let it go. It also sounds like he is/was having legit family issues. It Sounds like it's a nice car , go enjoy it

The heat shield was custom made for this car and I've tried to duplicate it but can't. It's a front mount twin turbo car so without the heat shield hot air gets sucked through the radiator. If you would make it for me for $30 I would be indebted to you for ever!

Keep in mind, I bought the car 2 months prior to that. At this point he has asked me for my address 5 times. All 5 times I have politely given it to him until I finally lost my cool. It takes 15 minutes and $7.95 to stop at the post office and mail this to me. It's the right thing to do and I'm sure most people here would agree with me.
I know continuing this thread is petty but I've been ****ed over and this is the only way I can get a some retribution.
