Price
Forum rules say you must post an asking price for the car.

I believe that on the inside of your glove box there is a label with a bunch of letter/number codes. These represent what features are on your car. You can at least take a picture and post it and let interested parties decipher it, or do a little homework and make things easier for prospective buyers. GLWS.

He may have hurt your feelings, but he meant well.

He did not hurt my feelings. I am tired of people (not all) asking for huge amount of information that never have any intention of buying, If you doubt that that happens just look at the replies to for sale asking for pictures of everything. I had five people reply and I sent tons of info all made appts to see the car and one showed up so I am more inclined to put it into the barn and give it to my grandson. I just sold my Harley to a local guy the first time he saw it. he could not get the cash out fast enough. This after near a dozen people requesting info that never got past the looking stage. The people that reply" if i just lived closer or if I hadn't just had a baby" or whatever. Lesson learned local people buy, some others just collect pictures If you want to buy a car you must look at it, I do not think having some gidgit that may or not be on the car makes a difference. A 1998 car with under 60 k on the clock is worth a look. No offence meant.

I traveled 1,000 miles to buy my 2009 convertible. The seller's listing left no questions unanswered. The more information in your listing, the less questioning you will get from potential buyers. See post #21 in the link - this was his original post to sell the car I bought. People literally posted "this is the way to sell a car". whipped out $36,000 SIGHT UNSEEN! All because of his post.....
Everyone has their own reasons for walking away from a car. I did it a few times all because the seller felt it was ok to sell me a $40,000 car with 10 year old tires and drive the car from Las Vegas to PA (for example). "They look brand new", was his response. So I moved on.....

BTW: GLWS - it really is a beautiful car! I have a 1999 coupe in Silver.... Would love a convertible C5
