WTB: Race Prepped C5 Z06 - Southeast
I plan to pick up a well cared for race prepped car to play with next year. Goals are dual HPDE/Autocross and possible plans for TT. Prefer a caged car with spare wheels and suspension work.
Looking a reliable car. No forced induction or aftermarket fuel injection.
Thanks

I have a c6z that is caged built front to back. Ready for hpde and beating down gt3s and what not. Very reliable car. 37k miles on car. 5k miles on motor 2500ish on tranny and 1500 on the clutch

I'd love to but since the wife said as soon as the EPA forces VW/Audi to buy back the Q7 TDI she wants a new Landcruiser. Sweet car though.

I'm interested but dang you are far away....Shipping a low car like that will be expensive this time of year with all the snowbirds headed to Florida. I bought a car from New Jersey 3 years ago around this time and it was heck trying to get it shipped. Apparently people with more money than I fly down to Florida and have their Mercs delivered to them. Must be nice.
Let me talk with my friend who's partnering with me on a play toy and see what he thinks. I wish it wasn't red - I have bad luck with red cars. My red Scirocco's motor has blown twice in the last 3 years. Either I suck at building motors (probably) or Vw's weren't made for the track (probably).
Once I get some feedback from my friend I'll let you know. If we are serious I'll get you to take recent pictures and a walk around video with drive/startup. Thanks...

I must be too new of a member to PM. You're close so that's a plus but it appears the car is a twin turbo setup. I'm not looking for a forced induction car if that's the case. If not, please place a link for pics and price. Thanks!
