Default Gauging interest: Extremely clean and original '99 Hardtop w/magnesium wheels

I am tossing around the idea of selling my extremely clean '99 Hardtop Corvette. It is in 100% original condition right down to the OEM air filter and 1-4 skip shift. It has 60,870 miles as of today, I am the third owner, no accidents, and 100% original paint on every body panel. Everything works like new and the car needs absolutely nothing. Options on this hardtop include Bose w/in-dash CD, active handling, and magnesium wheels. When searching for Corvettes I looked long and hard until I found this one that was literally cleaner than some newer C5s I looked at with less than 10,000 miles!! The seat covers are original and almost look like they have never been sat in. The interior looks new and does not have that aged and loose rattly feeling you get driving a lot of C5s. I'm not sure what else to say for now except I will let the pictures speak for themselves. It would be hard to part with this one, and I just want to see what kind of interest it would generate at my price point. I am an extremely **** and picky Corvette owner and you could buy this car site unseen and be 110% satisfied when it shows up. I would start price at $18,500 obo. I am located in the Chicago suburbs. Willing to pick anyone up at the airport (ORD or MDW), or assist with shipping. For instant response text or call is best at 847-769-7307.

Thanks,
James

Great idea using the magnesium wheels on a black car.

Wow, gorgeous example. These seem to be rare cars, especially with the mag wheels.

Just an update for anyone that may have been interested. Brand new tires installed yesterday at Discount Tire. The Goodyear EMTs that were on there had plenty of tread, but we're getting extremely noisy and harsh because of the age. Based off reviews from this website I went with the stock sizes Hankook Ventus Evo2 tires. So far they are amazing. I never knew a C5 could ride this smooth and quiet!

Couldn't resist, I installed a Corsa Indy Pace car exhaust system even though the car is for salel. Looks great and sounds great. Its included with the vehicle if the buyer wants. Original exhaust is still here in my basement.

Just received my new NGK plugs and GM performance wires in the mail today. Will probably install tomorrow. Again, this car needs NOTHING!! I'm doing it all for you!

Plugs and wires went in with ease. Original plugs looked great, but did it for piece of mind.
Put a coat of wax on it today. Once again I'm flexible on price. All reasonable offers will be considered.

This is a very long shot, but would you be willing to trade the Magnesium wheels for my polished aluminum wheels? They are in excellent shape!

Nice specimen. It looks even better now than my '99 when I purchased it 8 years ago with 64,000 miles.

Thanks for the offer, but I gotta keep these wheels on it. IMO they are a big part of what make this car. Not only that but I just put brand new tires on them.

I understand your position. Thank you for the response! The original owner of my car took the mags off and replaced them with the polished aluminum wheels. I wish he didn't!

GLWS!!
