Looks good. Are those tanks a problem if you have your car mini-tub'd ?

Mark...I believe ECS builds those tanks in house so one could be built to fit. I am planning on building one later this year if I can get my battery where I want it.

NOT TO SET ON ANY TOES, EXSPECIALLY ECS.

i built my own custom 3 gallon meth tank , with -6an line coming off the bottom thru the fiberglass wall to the rear of the car, the tank sits right down in the back of the car in the center section. Line comes off the back of the tank goes thru the fiberglass wall to the outside (between the exhaust pipes) with a 1/4"x3" brass nipple, then it gets picked up my 6an braided line goes thru a magna fuel inline filter and runs to the pump. The tank get fitted with a magnafuel roll over vent with a breather vented to outside the car. Then i removed the windshield washer float swith and wired it into the tank. This whole set will be posted with pictures. I will offer this tank set up for resale. Tank is made from 080 aluminum all hand tig welded.

If you can do this on SS I'd be interested.. FYI, in discussions w/ Julio, Methanol and Aluminum don't go good together.. 100% methanol will corrode aluminum.

Methanol is very corrosive especially at 100% strength. How long to chew up aluminum I don’t know, but it will eventually.

well, i guess we can figure that out, this week when i show you the finished piece, you will be impressed with the tank, it has a lot of cool fetures to it, it has a raised area were the fill cap is, the bottom has a lowered funnel type swedge were the feed line is taped. Price really isnt my consern, making sure the members are happy with there product is my focus.

and yes the tanks will be fabricated the same way, all hand tig welded, using 16 gauge polished stainless steel, and then buffed for apperence. fittings are all made from steel. with S.S braided 6 an lines, check valve, and inline filter.
