Default Final numbers with 60lb Motrons.

Car
02 Z06 33,000 miles

Mods
A&A P1sc 4.10 pulley
224/228 .581/.588 114
60lb Motrons
KB BAP
Supermaxx catted LT's
Borla cat back
Textrailia clutch
LPE out put shaft

10psi, 10:1 afr, 14.5*= 632/517rw
6psi, 11.9-5:1afr, 14.5*= 550/500rw

In my last post I was making 607rwhp and 504rwtq. But I was running 122% duty cycle on 42lb injectors with my BAP maxed out. With the advice of alot of members on the board I bought some 60lb Motrons and am running a boost restrictor. Well the first pass just to see where we were on the new injectors the car made 632rwhp and 517rwtq with an AFR of below 10:1, 14.5* total advance, and 9-10lbs of boost. Needless to say I put the restrictor in before any tuning was done. Well with the tuning done running 6lbs of boost, 11.8-5:1 AFR, and 14.5* total advance the car made 545rwhp and 495rwtq. One more small tweek and it made right at 550/500. So the car is totaly safe. Below the peak the curve was up about 15-20rwhp/rwtq with all else being the same as before the injectors. But I will miss that extra 85rwhp. I am going to take it to the track this weekend and see what she runs. I have a 3.85 pulley sitting in my garage which I might run if I am not happy with the track numbers. That should give me two more lbs of boost and 44 more rwhp and rwtq. Still very safe.

Thanks. I forgot to add the duty cycle. At 632 the DC was 79-80%.
At 550 it was 70%. I was only running my BAP at 30%.

VERY STOUT numbers for sure!! I assume from your thread your recent mph at the track of 129+mph was with the 550/500rwhp/tq numbers. If yes, very impressive and i would not be bummed out by your 11 flat runs and the 10 sec times are all in you 60 foot, and you have some good room to improve there with practice and getting the feel for your BLOWN BEAST!!
