Default sc larger crank pulley for more boost?

I have a procharger d1sc(8 rib setup) and forged bottom end, currently running 10 lbs boost on a 3.75" blower pulley. I am trying to run 14 lbs, but get belt slippage if I go with a smaller pulley.

I am considering going with a larger crank pulley to provide the additional boost without reducing the blower pulley size.

Has anyone had luck with this approach? Good idea. Any suppliers of pulley kits for this type of conversion you can recommend?

Thanks!

I believe ECS sells larger crank pullies and everything else you could imagine to make superchargers work well at higher power levels.

I am running a 4.00" pulley on a 346" with a D1SC. making 14.5lbs @ 6400rpm 70*f ambeint. Are you running something with a lot more displacement?
10lbs boost with a 3.75" pulley seems very low. Is your pulley presently slipping? Boost leak?

before and after dyno with the maggie and the ECS overdrive pully.

no retune no additional hardware just changed the crank pully

ECS is the only game in town when it comes to oversize crank pulley. It's a very nice balancer too.

Thanks!
I run a 3.5" @ 9 psi on a 6 rib and have no slippage when the belt is tightened. When you go with a smaller pulley, are you running a shorter belt so you can tighten it enough?

Power here is 711@ 600 RW SAE, as measured at ECS. not the inflated STD #s as posted earlier on a non equivalent system. 10lbs boost with a 3.75" pulley seems very low. Is your pulley presently slipping? Boost leak?
Do you have an older ATI system with the restrictive input to the supercharger?

Hi: the point I am trying to make here is not if turning the supercharger faster will make more power. But why is the boost at the level that it is reported at with the pulley size that he has. Maybe the problem is more fundamental than just changing pulleys.
