Fresh LS6 block, Callies 6.125 rods, Wiseco Pistons -2.2 cc reliefs, FM bearings, Stock crank keyed for Innovaters West 8" 8rib crank pulley, custom cam, stock LS6 heads with duals valve springs. Where gonna push the little 347 pretty hard-then maybe step up to a good set of heads, then a 402 with a Victor Jr intake.

Push the little 347 pretty hard, step up to better heads, then push a 402 with VJ intake, then push LSX with worked LS7 heads, then step up to Procharger F-2, then add 1000 shot of NO2, then add turbine engine from MISS Budweiser, then..... Man Arun, your posts keep getting better and more ambitious, Way to Go Bro

I'm a nut Scott-I know-but realy feel these Centir's can keep up with the TT's. I found this pick of a Victor Jr in the for sale section:

-the plenom on this will allow you to run your stock hood. I'm not sure how much if any this will offer on a 347-I'm sure it will hurt slow speed torque-but I'm sure on a larger cube motor it may work very well. The Victor's nice you can plumb in so many things

Arun, we here in the FI section are all at least a "little bit nuts" , you just have the spotlight on you now and you're doing a great job. BTW, that is one "BAD ***" washing machine , I'd love too see it spool up on the spin cycle

I think I seen a pic of a similar setup, but a side view.

If its the same one, that still has air entering the top of the intake as normal, it looks incredibly restrictive.

Hey Bro-this is from the Nitorus Outlet:

It does seem restrictive but in the case of a blower app-you would figure a plenum that size would be full of air pretty quick-this was intended for the nitrous crowd-if it works for them it's gotta have some merit for us?

NO.

Nitrous adds oxygen to the incoming air....so it wouldnt really matter as much if the intake was restrictive. You are adding its "air" via an alternative means.

With n/a or indeed FI, air still has to pass through all the pipework etc. With a nitrous system you nearly bypass all the plumbing.

When a LS6 intake is well tried and tested. No way would I put an intake like that on my engine.

Nice looking build going on there.

Centri's "keeping up with TT's... they have been neck and neck if you think about it. The TTi X 346 guys are running around 9.7-9.8's, same with our Paxton kits. Last years baddest street turbo car that I know of was Stealth's car which ran a 9.33, Asmokegars Paxton street car finished the year at 9.33.
I sure times will drop this year as they always have, and past the point of a street car it's hard to beat a turbo, but for our applications they are pretty even. Just pick your poison
