Your hood looks huge. I'm surprised it doesn't fit. I have the MCM. I had to grind a little when I added the 90mm inlet.

What TB are you using. I had to flip my 90mm to clear. Will that work?

RJW,

Do you have fender flares? If so, more pics please.

Default jdcorvette

I know this hood will fit,I sold it to a guy that has a maggie and it fit just fine.Look up jdcorvette.com and check out the ultra highrise they have, they are nice hoods, the only thing I didn't like was the center of it is not gel coated smooth, the sides are,its not too bad but its a sturdy hood,I had to get a RK sport with my Kenne Bell and its a nice hood but not a sturdy as the jd hood. Here a pic of my old jd hood.

Nope....???? does it look like I do?

The carra.....looks kinda nice, but can you fit a BIG whipple under there?

It's all just a matter of taste...

That's why my Z is a 'Banana' and yours is...

I have got the c3 with a 383 for my 'old school' needs. I loved the subtle flow of the Caravaggio hood.

My Carvagio hood is currently being installed, I looked at as many hoods as I could find. The Motor city mold looks killer but guys will tell you it has fitment issues, Mike at MCM told me I would probally only have a 1/16" clearance. LPE hoods has plenty of room and you can even mount gauges in the hood. ACI' radical high rise will also fit fine. I may have missed one but that's my 2cents

If it's the snout from the maggie that is keeping the VIS from clearing do you think there is any chance that the Kenne Bell would fit under it? I was looking at ordering the KB this week, but that would suck to have to order another again!

I have a KB and I think the problem with most of the other hoods is the width,I had a jdcorvette high rise and i'm sure it would of been high enough, but with the intake on the side of the KB thats where other hoods will have issues. The hood that comes with the KB is from RK sport and its pretty nice.

Heres a couple pics of the hood I had and then the new RK for the KB,you should be able to see how wide it would need to be for your KB.

jdcorvette hood

New RK sport
