Procharger pulley sizes = boost?
I am looking for a list that ref. pulley size no# to boost. I remove my nitrous system last week end and installed a Procharger P1SC-1 system on my 2003 vette LS1. the pulley on it now is 4.35 I dont know the amount of boost this will reach? ? also would like to find out other pulley sizes = what boost for further modding. also where do you guys buy different pulleys from? Thank for the help. I did a few searches but had no luck .

Boost depends on two things, all other things remaining unchanged. Impellor speed which relates to pulley size, and the other is air density or altitude. New Jersey is close to sea level so the air is dense/thick. If your motor is modded with cam, heads, exhaust, etc, that will change boost. I'd call ATI and see if the engineer can calculate your actual boost.

Okay-that's the earliest kits. You can gain large by laying down the rad and getting a tube to draw air over the rad shroud into the blower. I'm not 100% sure but a bro here who goes by fixedroof I beleive modded the kit-you'll pick up large by doing this. Do a search bro and you should find all the info here!

I don't know if this will help but I have :
TFS 215 Heads
224/228 581 588 114
Kooks Headers x-pipe hiflow cats
10.9:1 Compression as well
P1SC-1 with a 3.85" Pulley producing 7.6 PSI of B@@ST!
Remember cam, heads, headers etc all effect the boost you will make but you should get a decent idea if all chime in on their set-ups!
Thanks,Matt

Just Like Mine
You May have a 4.38" pulley (uses a 90" belt) that came with the P1SC-1 Stage II Twin Intercooler system ....identical set up to mine (see sig)..since it is a stock LS1, you are probably set at 7 lbs. boost at 6200rpms, 38# injs @ 85% duty cycle...if it was tuned using the supplied Predator/Diablo hand held tuner package, that comes with it.
A 4.00" pulley, with 89.5" belt and 42# injs (and a good tune ) can give you "approx.10 lbs.of boost" with your stock LS1... as an example. Then, you gotta worry about fuel pressure , traction....and above all, "don't miss a gear!"

Wish I could tell you the boost on mine but the power falls off hard after 5k RPMS so I haven't been able to run it lately since swapping out the u/d pulley. I can say with an underdrive pulley and a 4.25 on the blower it made 4 lbs @ 6500 rpms.
