I do have one on my car with Andy's Vortech system and it does work. It makes little to no difference when the car isn't moving, but once it gets up to speed, I noticed that it brought my temperatures down quicker.
I have a 160° thermostat in mine and I programmed the fans to come on sooner, and my car Never goes over 210°, no matter how hard I drive it or whatever the temps are outside (actually, it rarely goes over 205°). When my car sits at a light or idling and the temps start to rise, as soon as I drive maybe 5-10 miles, the temps drop 10-20°'s Very quickly. This is important with the blower because the lower the temps, the better it runs.
The other nice thing is that you don't have to worry about the center air dam scraping because the Big Mouth sits up higher. I slotted my holes in it to make the angle adjustable too, so it directs the air straight up into the A&A enclosed tunnel. You don't have to do that, but I'm pretty **** when it comes to stuff! I'd recommend it for anyone without a Tiger Shark front end.
Good Luck!
By the way, that's a Great price that Scotty's (NemesisC5) got for his.

Here's a couple pictures of it on Josh's car. That's the one I bought, was too lazy to crawl under the car to take some pics of it. I've got pictures when my blower was getting installed, but the Big Mouth can't be seen.

I have one to sell as well, but it has been on the car...before the Front Fascia Tiger Shark with chin Spoiler.

So I'm looking to bring all the temps down. Also my center air dam scraps and to eliminate this I'll have to raise the front end and I don't want to do that.

Out of this group I probably have one of the highest requirements for cooling. I have been using the Big Mouth Air Dam (present from Vetterdstr) for about 2 years now. I have driven down to the A&A BBQ every June through California temps...for 4 hours....at 100-111* temps. It performs very well....it's important to keep the little air dam (stock) on the back side though...as it helps to create a low pressure condition on the back side of the RAD...which helps draw the air through on the front side....so don't skip putting this piece back on.
