Default The start of Jeff's PTK turbo build......

wanna keep Jeff informed of progress that Chris and I making on his PTK Z06 turbo build. No better way then starting a tread


got all the parts lined up for the install. first mod that chris & i will tackle is our twin in tank pumps return line regulator and ect. then will install C6 oil pan that we welded in bungs for a more cleaner and reliable package.

ill report back with some "before" pics

Awesome man... I know you can do this with your eye's closed and no all the right prep work to do it right from the beginning.

That's priceless

btw.. if you've got another pan with bungs, you've got a customer..

well here is the what it loked when it came of the trailer......
so glad that the "other" shop installed the windsheild washer tank and alternator...LOL

After all the trouble I've had getting this car finished Nick told me if I could get the car up to him he would get it wrapped up with all his special touches. I can't tell you how nice it is to have text messages and pictures of everything that's being done to the car. This project has cost me more than I figured with PTK going out of business and taking my money with them and Nick has been great about not adding up any more than he has to. I know he has called in a couple of favors to get some of the work done at cost. All I can say is that I couldn't be happier with where the car is and who's working on it. Big thanks to Nick and Chris for taking on my mess and getting everything done the right way. For the first time I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

oh mark its isnt terrible slow ...gotta 93 supercharged cobra the other nite. mark if i hang factory installed turbos that came on the GT2, K24, and GT2 intercoolers, the car will trap 130-132.....these pieces all bolt on with ZERO modd'in! car then needs bosch 5bar regulator, 149 bucks and a K24 flash and thats it! turbos i can get for 2500 intercoolers 995 and the flash......BARF!

spent some time this morning getting the shinobiZ hood aligned......
i got this one nailed right on.......
wont settle for second rate fit....
BTW gotta some tricks that i ve learned to get it perfect.....
