Return line for late 03 fuel system.
Will just adding a return line do anything for me in my quest for obtaining more fuel pressure on my late 03 fuel system? I already have a BAP and Racetronix harness. How does this return line hook up? Where does it go from?

to have a return line i believe you need an adjustable regulator...instead of making my own i bit the bullet and went with the ECS fuel system and it works like a charm

Just adding a return line wont help you. A fuel system with a return line is different than the late 03 to 04 system. You need to convert your returnless system over to a system with a return line. Contact ECS.
