I have a reichart 2.75 racing pulley on the novi 2k & ur right brett ,I have been on a journey wwith this car,its been nuts, should have brought it to u the 1st time, brett lives in texas & I live in south alabama/north flordia ,that should give u guys an indication of what I had to deal with to get the work that was needed done to the car acomplished to reach the goal that I set out for this car/ tracy Lewis has a catch can designed for the Fi that is pretty big with 3 pcv check valves in the tank/can ,its a.beautiful peice & its 200.00 & he gave it to me ,the guy is just super nice & I established an relationship with tracy on this forum ,for those of u who don't know , tracy use to be in a multimillon dollar buisiness in partnership with another fellow for a long time,Revextreme & was a sponsor on this forum,he also is an engineer when I took the car to tracy this summer rev was being in a transition phase & I dropped the car off to think the work & car was in good hands come to find out A month later ,I get a phone call from tracy saying he's no longer in buisiness,so I leave the car down there for the new company to work on the car/long story short they closed doors & I had to move the car yet again to get someone competent& dependable to do the work,no one in south alabama does sd tuning, only maf tunes,,its crazy but its a fact, mike foote /zo6vette forum name has a twin turbo c5 & we trailered his car down as well to kasotie motorsports & are now here to finish up this. Work,it has been a jjourney brett, like I said should have took it to u the 1st time.I will get pics of the catch can & the install & will post pics ,also dyno #s,,should be done this afternoon with #s tonight

Well the Big Mondo valve I bought is Big ,& I am having problems getting the swaybar to go back on with the piping & the j tubing there,so I took the sway bar off for now & I am sitting the car now with it @ idle its sitting @ 12.90 to 13.3 afr, just shut it off,car sounds good ,blower belts on tight ,no leaks ,all fluids are good, waiting. On the tuner @ the dyno shop now #s tonight,I laugh. While I am writing this because I am kind of like if it doesn't make. The power I wanted it to make I know what brett would say,up the with a smaller pulley I have a 2.75 reichart racing pulley with it on now & the ati stock balancer & juilos alky kit dual nozzel spray in an a4,the down side is its actually an 8.9 to 1 comp. Auto so this may take away from the power I could have sseen in a 9.5 to 1 motor & a 6 speed, so take a guess? I will let u know. How close u are tonight

So its not holding pressure, its got me upset,500 rwhp @ 8 lbs @ 4k,the power just drops off while on the dyno,so its a guessing game now, were pressurizing the system,it just held 100psi of air with the compressor capped,so that's out,it could be valves in the motor, ihad a valve job done ,before the motor was put in the car,may have to pull them

Have any of that stuff they spray on the track to make it hook? Put a little on the belt and see if it picks up any psi, easy way to determine belt slip. My thinking is if it made 10 lbs before there is no reason it would be making less even if the system had a leak (unless its around the BOV or another part that was recently changed out).

You dont need any spray on the belt or anything like that, something is off if it's dropping. with the car off, take the tensioner tool and see how much more the tensioner opens. It should be basically all the way open at rest. If you have the tensioner near the crank it will bottom out under load and could be causing that.
Give the shop a call tomorrow if you have not resolved it, we'll be happy to walk you threw it.

I had the same problem with the swaybar. Left it for last thing to re-install, and found the tubing wanted to go through some of the same space as the bar. Isn't your AFR too lean? Maybe not at idle, come to think of it....
