Does electronic exhaust cutouts have any effect on my tune?
I have an A&A supercharged and tuned street c5. I recently added electronic exhaust cutouts (DMH low profile). The exhaust setup: JBA shorty headers, stock h pipe, borla stinger catbacks. The cutouts are installed at the very end of the h pipe, right before the borlas.
I was wondering: do the cutouts in anyway effect my tune? hp? I haven't really noticed anything beside the increased noise (which is what I wanted
) But I was curious if anyone knows how if at all this effects my tune (car was tuned after blower was installed, but before these were added) or hp levels? Thanks

theorectically it will lean out just a bit due to the lower restriction
as long as you have a wide band and keep an eye on it and it doesn't go much leaner that 11.8, I'd think you would be OK, especially for brief runs
