Default LS4 Oil Pump Question

Need to replace the OP in my Z. I am running the LS2 pan. Have heard the LS4 pump will suck this pan dry. Any knowledge of this? Need to order soon so as to replace with other........goodies

I have the TSP pump now and it has failed in a little over a year. 9psi at idle and slow to react.

I'm having 12-14 psi at hot idle. I'm going to re-route my scavenge pump return line back to the top of the motor first. Mine didn't start acting funny until I did the LS2 pan swap and this line re-route. I have a theory that the line back to the pump may be producing bubbles in the oil causing low pressure.

I've run the LS4 pump for years. No pan sucked dry here.
