3 Bar map sensor!!

You can splice the wires to your MAP harness and tie it in to a vacuum line and it will work as long as it's a 3 bar one. It just wont fit where the stock map sensor goes. People do use them.

Yes that's what I'm running. I left my old sensor in, and ran a new vac line. I got an adapter, maybe you can figure out the wiring by these pics.

[QUOTE=Milan;1580745407]Can someone confirm that? Why would they put a 3 bar map on a car that runs 6 psi?[/AdQUOTE]
Because it easier to put on the first time then have to spend money twice going from 2 bar to 3 bar when you up the boost later down the road. I'm running 14 psi sometimes I get 15 depending on how cold it is outside.

At 15psi, you've still not justified using a 3-bar and have killed your VE resolution in the process. Your car. Your decision. Just a friendly thought.

To the OP, if your only running 6 PSI do yourself a favor and get rid of that 3 bar MAP. Your car and your tuner will thank you.
