Default custom 88mm single turbo c5 progress

Well, finally going to sit down and post up a few pictures/progress of my 99 c5 vette with a custom 88mm precision turbo mounted up front, custom intercooler, and all custom piping. The car is coming along very good however we still have a few hurdles to get over (any input would be appreciated!) We have to run the oil supply/return from the turbo, have to fab up a power steering resevoir, find a proper length belt that will work the the custom tensioner we have made, etc etc, and worst of all, I have to pull out the clutch slave cylinder (yet again) as since we put the motor in, it appears that either I or someone else stepped on the clutch pedal with the motor out, and blew the slave! So any input on a fully custom clutch setup (master/slave) would be appreciated. Preferably something that eliminates that damn "easy connector" on the drivers side. Many MANY more pics available, but here are a few teasers!

also the turbo is a precision 8884 with a 1.23A/R in the T5 tang hounsing (essentially a T6). it is a MONSTER! ceramic ball bearing, cea wheel, etc etc.. if it makes boost prior to 4k rpm I should be happy!

Very nice looking setup man.
What engine size? Trans? How are you going to mount the radiator?

the engine is an LME built 402 9.4 compression with trick flow heads. The entire driveline came from DTE, the trans is their second step down from their best setup, and the rear is the top of the line. It has a spec dual disc clutch (that was used with the old motor, but looks as though it will still hold up) (I hope).

depending on the numbers this kit puts down, and the "driveability" of it, we may attempt to market it by next year, but that is still many moons (and many hurdles) away!

The headers look similar to the obx I tried on today. If I could weld they would probably be a pretty easy set to use in a race car setup...

the headers are not obx, they are 100% home built. The car finally has all of the loose ends tied up, (I think) I have gotten my efi live software today, and just got through some setup issues, however now have the rough file installed (thanks to doug at ECS) and will begin slightly finer tuning to allow for break in of this thing prior to it's first visit to the dyno. Will begin working on the file tomorrow!

hit another snag... I have to find a way to integrate my LM2 wideband controller into the EFI V2 controller. I do not have the original O2 sensors in the car, so I need to figure out how to log the A/F ratio into EFI live. I am sure it is possible, however if any of you know how, it would save me some digging!
