Default vacuume check valve and oil sender questions

Do you need a check valve if running PCV when you have the factory type check valve for PCV? I'm guessing you would only need it if the factory PCV doesn't do a good job of sealing.

What about the rear nipple on the intake for HVAC? Should this have a small check valve in line to prevent pressure from getting the the HVAC parts?

Anybody have a good source for a fitting to extend the oil pressure sender? I'd like to raise up the sender off the block some and run two lines for turbo oil feed from this point. I can drill and tap the fitting if needed for a couple pipe to AN fittings, etc. I just figured it will be a cleaner install over running something off the oil cooler block that I have. Even knowing the thread size would help.

Thanks,
Ed
