Default Charge pipe size help

Working on a twin turbo setup that will have 2.2" ID charge pipes. 1 from each turbo to the IC. IC's outlet is 3", and TB's inlet is the stock 4" OD. Would a 3" charge pipe from the IC to TB be sufficient for under900whp or should it be increased to 3.5"? Initial goal is to only make 550-600whp, but I would like to have room to make a max of 850-900whp one day. Any idea what the max bhp a 3" can handle is? Ive found that 3" will flow 1300cfm at ideal max velocity (.39 mach), but have found many different answers on a basic estimate of what bhp level that would equal.

What power level are you currently at?

I wonder if the 3.5" is needed in my case, esp since the outlet on the IC is only 3. Or if 3" would be better/sufficient.

Mine's made between 550-1000rwhp, usually running about 750. I have no idea if 3" would restrict, as I run an air bridge.
