Now you can control your C5 Corvette's radiator high speed cooling fan with the simple push of a button on your wireless FOB, allowing you to control your radiator coolant temps.

Why does the notch matter? Im pretty sure I have turned it both ways and no issues that I know of. I have taken it out several times and never noticed which way the notch went now it has me wondering. So I dont know which to order just for teh fact that all of them have been turned around sometyime or another. SO I'm lost again what to order

Chicago,
We will have our C5 engine back in and running in a couple weeks. It is a v3 Vette but I will test the Coolit v2 and see what happens.

Thanks
Christian

Just got the engine back in and getting things hooked up. I did get all the parts, Thanks for the help on that. It will probably be one of the last things I do on it before firing it up.

Hi Chicago,
I was able to plug the v2 on our V3 Vette and it did work. But that was with the Vette not running which I am pretty sure it will work with it running but I just wanted to be sure. We haven't quite got our Vette running yet so I only tested it with the key on engine off. I will be testing it with the Vette running in a few days. BTW, the early Coolits could not be reversed with out blowing the fuse because we use to run power to it. Then we completely reconfigured the Coolit to where we do not run any power to it. We just assumed the new version would still blow the fuse, but maybe not. If it doesn't there will still be a V2 & V3 because of the wire configuration.

Thanks
Christian
