we did but it was with the new 10 rib setup, onlt that I had the wrong belt lengh and had belt slip at 5800.It was 900 rwhp at 5800 and that was 40 more at the same rpm then the 976 pull..I'm trying to figure it out tho.At the track the mph is down. With great DA [-200] on the 800hp with novi 2200 it mph 151 in 1/4 and now with more power it mph 148 with [2000] DA.I still managed a 9.62 with a 1.51 60foot tho.

I am collecting parts for a 6.0 iron block build using WCCH 317s and I was worried about those being ky limiting factor. If the heads allow I ll spin the ysi to the moon!!

Ricky is crazy, he's probably running stock head bolts and those early LS1 graphite head gaskets!! just kidding.
Robert, remember Ricky is crazy not stupid.
He is well aware and probably partially expecting that his engine could let go at anytime.

I agree with your tuning. I want to let my setup make power not the tune so I want to make a lot of power with a good fat tune that is not aggressive with the timing.

LOL I agree there is a big difference between crazy and stupid
Those are the head studs I plan on using. However, I will have the block and heads O ringed.

Pick up some of those 625+ studs from ARP. Have your builder use them when he hones the cylinders. They can be torqued down to 100 Ftlbs or something crazy like that.

yes!!! Yes you do!!!
I bought my 2.75 pulley from a mustang guy who sold it to me as a 3 inch pulley. I got it home and it was clearly smaller then the pulley that was on my blower at the time. I pulled out my dial caliper and I measured and it came out to 2.75. I sent Bret a text asking him what he thought about me putting a 2.75" pulley on and he said don't do it. Do you think I listened? No!!
