Hi Shant, taking a stab at understanding your fueling issues, with the understanding that the issue is likely not 'tuning' related.

When I took a quick look at some of the pictures of your fuel lines, I noticed a fair number of 90* bends. I'm not an expert in fluid dynamics (barely can spell it), but my understanding is that 'bends' especially 90* and greater cause turbulence in the flow, resulting in higher pressure and lower flow.

Perhaps you have an issue with low flow (even though you have very high pressure), if your fuel pump is boost referenced, this would exacerbate the issue. To test this theory, try running a 'temp' (temporary, but safely, mind you) fuel line (both supply and return, but supply is more important) and run the car to see if the issue has improved. Keep in mind that rubber hose will have a higher co-efficient of friction that the Teflon lined stuff that you are likely using.

Anyhow, I don't claim to fully understand the issue, but thought this might be something to try.

Gary,As far as the bends on this new setup I basically copied the stock setup but much bigger except the orifice.. Also what you may be seeing is my secondary setup that doesnt touch the main line until they meet in the middle to the Y thus all the fittings..You may have missed but this issue started even with the stock setup not after I did this upgrade..See this thread..

Well got the car on the road today for a bit..Was kinda short lived I forgot the upper radiator hose wasnt connected so I had a nice mess right after I washed the car. Also I felt some hesitation issues which I thought was the old maf but it was a bad plug wire so I ordered a new set. Anyways I snapped these and have a video coming up once it downloads..

Is your pump or something over heating and causing the fuel temp to go up? I have no idea what the issue could be man. UPP have any ideas?

Well haven't had much time since my son got back from Florida he's been out there since June so just kicking it with him. When he fell asleep i decided to go out to the garage and start the wide band install. I went to install the sensor in the test pipe but needed like 2mm of clearance so I had to pull the xpipe off and rotate just a bit. I bought the innovate and am going to mount it on the top of the wanna be cup holder..Sorry for the flash..I bought this gauge holder off ebay for 5 bucks shipped and cut a hole in the back for the wiring..

Here is how I'm thinking of mounting it..I know my bezel looks like crap..Thanks Ivan....

Some routing..

Some soldering and heat shrinking..I will be using the bung where the test pipes are figured I would put it on the number 7 cylinder side..

That's it for now hopefully later in teh week I can finish it up..

I think I like tearing it apart and working on it as much as I like driving it. I'm always looking to wrench on it no matter what. Gotta see what's up with my tuner and see what this new setup makes.
