Default A&A upgrade completed and now I have RESULTS!!

Wow! what an upgrade. First off I want to thank my Friend Ty at Custom Horsepower who got me the kit. The install of the new parts went pretty good. It was the un installation of the old Vortech kit that was a MAJOR pain in the butt. I had to completely removed the EBCM, Power steering reservoir, Power steering pump pulley and a whole bunch of water lines that went all over the engine bay and down behind the driver front inner fender for the Air/Water intercooler. Im real happy with the numbers. Here are the details of the setup that I know about. Mallett won't give me any info in the car (long story)

Video of a pull

Bottom End : Unknown, assuming stock
Heads: Trick Flow 225cnc heads
Cam: 580 232/235 115*
Kooks 1 7/8 headers and full 3" exhaust
Car made 612whp/512wtq on 8.2lbs of boost and 15* of timing.

Im real happy with the results. Here are some pics of the old setup, Removal pics, new setup Pics, and the dyno chart. On the chart the Red lines are the old setup and the blue is the new setup

Getting the new stuff on!!

Yes, 3.8 pulley. i was thinking of going with the 3.6 but im glad I didn't. I dont want to push the bottom end that far, assuming its stock. It is for sure worth the work! I spend a week working on it for about 4 hours a day on it. I had a lot or road blocks either from the junk Vortech kit or from extra coolers and other stuff that was added on by Mallett. I still dont have a place to mount the shock canisters. They were on the radiator cover but that is gone now.

Its been fun! Still doing a little more street tuning to get it perfect. Trying to figure out a part throttle lean spot just as boost comes in as well as adding timing at cruise to improve highway MPG's
