Congrats! It will be like a totally different car and you will LOVE it! The guys at ECS are great too, so you're in good hands!

The day has finally come! Overall I am very happy with how the kit arrived, and WOW did they pack it AMAZING! Love the quality of all the parts, tried to show them all besides for the front radiator/intercooler support + rad shield.
I really cannot wait to get this installed, but its going to be a little while as I need to collect some new parts.
Let's start with the little one
That is one thick intercooler, well speaking from zero experience but it does seem very thick (ba dum tshhh)
The one side has a few of the exterior fins (?) pushed in, should I straighten them out?
Love the new ECS shirt, I can finally own one! I never let myself buy one as I couldn't be the guy wearing the ECS shirt with no ECS parts on the car.
Full view of intercooler

Beefy
Includes a nice ECS folder and list of included parts...no instructions so I assume you just print them.
Boost-a-pump
Intake / tensioners / belt / plugs
Injectors, crank pin kit, thermostat, vacuum hoses, etc - very nicely packaged!
Tial Q Bov - The loud one

Filter, clamps, couplers, hoses
Intercooler to TB pipe in matte black and other pipe
I thought ECS would drill the holes for IAT / Meth Nozzle but looks like they forgot. Is it just drilling holes or do they have a bung that needs to get welded in for those?
Now to the main piece, the Novi 1500

I never got a shirt, but I wouldn't want one with a c7 on it anyway

haha I have zero other shiny things on my z06 so polished would have looked out of place. Are you just doing the ECS kit or do you have more going into the motor?

Plans always seem to change I had a new slp performance pullout LS3 that I regret selling. Now I want it back so I will start this winter on a LS3 build with LSA heads, my current plan

All ECS pulleys are steel. Both the automatic tensioner, and upper slide idler tensioner pulleys are steel and setup for 8-rib for future ventures.
Great deals still available.
nullpointer: I've slacked and did not send you the FSP shirt and decal... !

yes I know, I have an ecs kit on my car but my idlers are a rougher looking metal than the ones in the pics above, those almost look plastic... I had recently asked doug about plastic idlers and he said they don't make them, that's why I was asking

Very cool!! I'm digging the black out option. Welcome to the club hope you bought or have some good tires and if your a manual car hope you have a good clutch. This hobby is a sickness. These cars make insane amounts of power on boost. Be sure to take a lot of hi resolution pics so we can follow along.
You got a good setup there.
