well guys......... it runs... not without putting up one last fight tho... it would start up run for 2 seconds then shut right down... regardless we got it running finally and it sounds great.

has good oil pressure. it does exactly what it used to. 40psi cold start then once it starts warming up it rises. before i shut it down i have it a few revs, it definitely needs to be tuned it holds rpm forever but oil pressure is great. got up to about 60psi around 2k (still not up to temp)

well i finally was able to put some miles on the car today. drives fine other then just the lower rpms or if you are just barely touching the gas to cruise. I'm not sure if my afr gauge got even worse over winter or what but cruising its in the 17's if just touching the gas, if you give it a little more its in the 14's. also notice when you are taking off from a stop it reads LEAN/20.0 and it stumbles and wants to stall but once you get past that it starts to drive ok but just in the 17's. i couldn't imagine the cam changed it that much. any suggestions?

Sounds like it just needs some work on the VE table IMO

wouldn't think it would change that much but who knows.

other then that I've put 50 miles on it and it drives great. going to change the oil and put some fresh break in oil in

The whole point of changing a cam IS to change volumetric efficiency. So, it doesn't surprise me. Shouldn't be hard to fix at all. Just turn short term fuel trims on, log them vs. VE table, adjust VE table by whatever that spits out, rinse, repeat.

(or use a wideband to do basically the same thing)
