Front tires are M&H front runners (radials)
Wheels are Billet Specialties Street lites (rears were sent to Champion wheel company for beadlock conversion)
I am running 15's front and rear for weight savings and the spindles are LG!

I used the tried and true truck manifolds for this setup!
This was my thought process, I wasn't on a an unlimited budget so I wanted to buy some of the big pieces only ONCE lol

Yea that's pretty much what I'm going for, for now at least. I really just want a car that will run solid mid 5's (1/8) and mid 8's (1/4) while being able to pick my son up from school, drive to local meets and such.

Thanks for all the kind words guys makes this build even that much sweeter!
Just got it back from the alignment shop, now for some test drives. I will try to get a vid or two of it up before too long.

Glad to see it come out clean. Did you use the 6L manifolds like the pics we talked about ?
Would like to see how much room you had between the rack/turbo and abs unit.

Yep I used the pics you sent to base it off of. I showed them to my brother (also my fabricator) and he got to it. He put his own little spin on a couple things and it turned out great. I can get a couple pics of what ur looking for.

lol would those have been my pics? I finally started on mine today. Little fab and cutting. Working on spindles now. We ll be almost twins. You go billet or cast 80?

Nice, I've got the cast 80. Wasn't sure on exactly what I wanted to do with the car when buying turbo so bought a cheap one. Probably gonna go billet 76 in the future for class reasons.

When I get tired of chasing electrical Gremlins in my C5 I'm picturing it's future....ha!
Btw, when I was just getting started building my Nova last winter, I said I'd be happy with low tens. My good buddy said yeah? You are going to have to turn it way down to go that slow.....
I haven't run the 1/4 since knocking 4 tenths off my 60ft. Just need to get it done before the rain comes.
