Default 2 BAr MAP

I MAY have a bad MAP on my engine. (another post)
Is the one for 06 cobalt SS supercharged car still the one to use? I can find "part #s" but auto parts stores want a "car" to look them up
Looked them up at autozone and they have them in stock for a quick pick up.

GM 12615136 Don't get a chinese one. Get a Delco only and you won't have these problems.

\With the ignition key on, put a meter in DC volts mode and leads across your outside 2 pins. You should have ~4.9-5.1vDC.
With the sensor plugged in, put the leads across the orange/blk and green wires. Should read ~2.45vDC.
If you don't read those voltages, either your power supply or sensor is bad.

Thanks Brett
I guess I will wait and get a Delco. Car is "down" in a shop about 3hrs away, so I am trying to get something figured out

With it "plugged in", do I just "pierce" the insulation on the wire to get the reading?

Thanks again

If it is the power supply, where am I looking?

How about this for cross reference on that sensor?

Hmm, on closer look I don't think that helps any....
