with your setup, 200 should happen, no problem.
As mentioned, one of the big factors is head wind, I had this problem happen on my last 1/2 mile event. Another problem where I live is limited events, so testing different setups is hard to do.

Thanks bro. Even though I feel the same way....it's always nice hearing/seeing it from someone else.

The most important thing running the mile is to keep air charge temps low so you have full power for the entire run. My car dynoed 801rwhp before the mile. I was running dual #12 meth nozzles. The highest my air charge temps got were 84f at the end of the mile. I am using a CTS-V IAT 2 sensor about 4-5 inches after the meth nozzles so it can fully read the evaporative cooling effect of the alcohol. I was running around 180-185kPa during the runs. I was running Gulf Mach 116 unleaded fuel (about 108 octane) and 20-21 degrees of timing which it held for the entire run.

My Vette is an automatic with 2.73 gears and I finished the runs around 5900-6000 rpm in 5th gear. My best 1/2 mile mph was 169.7 and I ran 199.8mph in the mile twice. The last run would have been easily over 200mph, but I lifted when I saw 202mph before the trap. My wife told me I would have to sell the car if I broke 200mph, LOL so 199.8 was fine with me. Mods are in my signature. So as you can see, even though my car makes modest power, holding that modest power for the entire run is the key to landing a good trap speed during a 30 second WOT pass.

Stellar input. Nicely done.

..and I truthfully miss my 2.73 gears in my manual.
