127 mph is PLENTY to run deep off into the 8s... That would be 157 ish in the 1/4.. Just need the track prep, good DA and a drivetrain that holds together more then 4-5 passes... Getting all three of these factors together is the hard part..
Practice definitely helps the car go quicker, even with an auto...You need to be able to experiment with launch techniques, shift points and logging/tuning... This takes time and experience.... Hard to do if the track is slick, or the drivetrain breaks often.
I've made 20 passes on 3 rear ends...2 trannies and 3 different tire combos... Not very successful.. Hard to dial in a car this way.

Pretty good dude. Little overwhelmed on a few builds on the weekends, other then that, can't complain too much. The weather here is juuuuuust starting to get nice depending on location.
No snow yet.

Come on Robert let the beast eat.i know it can run 8.90 if they don't give you the boot for going to fast in a street car or you break something

According the the 1/8 to 1/4 mile conversion chart I have, it equates to the 9.20s range.
