Practice definitely helps the car go quicker, even with an auto...You need to be able to experiment with launch techniques, shift points and logging/tuning... This takes time and experience.... Hard to do if the track is slick, or the drivetrain breaks often.

I've made 20 passes on 3 rear ends...2 trannies and 3 different tire combos... Not very successful.. Hard to dial in a car this way.
I would guess it would break the 160mph barrier given that most of us gain more than just 30 on the big end. Definitely should run an 8 given the same 60ft its had in previous track appearances.

Buddy it has been down the track a few times. But only a 1/8 mile around here. Just not a race car or a ever weekend to the track

Come on Robert let the beast eat.i know it can run 8.90 if they don't give you the boot for going to fast in a street car or you break something

That's what my problem is when trying to go better than 9.3 hahaha. .

According the the 1/8 to 1/4 mile conversion chart I have, it equates to the 9.20s range.
