Default How did you hook(setup) you billet fuel rail and hoses with fuel pressure sensor.

I want to install some holley billet fuel rail and hose kit on my ls6 intake( no: 534-210) with the quick connect to my fuel system (no: 534-211).I also got a digital fuel pressure gauge so i also need to connect my sensor to.

How did you do yours ???
-I mean, did you do the crossover line in the front of the intake or in the back and why ???
-Where did you connect the inlet fuel line, front driver,front pass, rear driver or rear pass and why ???
-How and where did you connect the fuel pressure sensor(1/8 npt)???
-What fitting did you use to connect the sensor ???

Car is a 01 so a returnless system.Kit comes with all the 6-an fittings and hoses to do the install minus the fuel pressure sensor fitting.And pics would be great too

Thanks
Eric

With my return less style, I went from the stock fuel supply line to the rear of the passenger side. Cross over in front. Plug the rear driver side.
I did not install a fuel pressure sending unit. I think I will this winter.

I did the same, used a -6an 180° fitting off the stock feed line at the firewall and ran behind the intake to the passenger side rail and used a 90° fitting there and plugged the driver side rear rail... I also installed a fitting for my gauge sender on the front of the driver side rail before the crossover... here's a pic, sorry if it's not the best but hopefully you can see it... you can get the fitting at jegs/summit... I'm currently working on a new fuel system and ditching that fitting and I'm going to run the sender right off my regulator and hide that inside the driver fender

here is a link to the fitting I used, you can use whatever -an size your crossover is... http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS-Performan...oductId=752574

I think regardless or which type fuel system, the gauge should be at the end of the line to make sure ALL of the injectors have the same pressure ...

Just like this but I ran the feed and regulator reversed because there is no room for the regulator on the passenger side with the blower bracket..

What 180 degree fitting( part number) did you use to hook up the feed line???
I really like that setup:

-Fuel feed line to the rear back fuel rail;
-Crossover in front ;
-I can either use the sensor fitting on front driver before the crossover and plug the rear driver;
or
-I could install the sensor fitting in the driver back instead of putting a plug.The fuel pressure sensor would be at the end of the circuit.

The holley kit comes with four 90 degree fittings,two straight fittings anf 6ft of hose.I also got the fitting for the fuel sensor (russel :670343) and a cap( russel: 661963)

I used an earls conversion fitting on the end of the stock feed line then a jegs 180° fitting on that... you will not be able to fit anything on the back of the driver side rail other than a plug unless you cut the cowl, once you install the rail you will see what I mean

I believe this is the case with the Fast rails. I haven't got that far yet but it looks to me that with the Holley rails there is room for a fitting on the end.

Holley billet fuel rails. Feed the rail on the passenger side and returned off the drivers side. Fuel pressure sensor on the regulator. I used the -8 fittings vs the -6 to match the diameter of the rails. But I did return with a -6 regulator. I hope this he's people. I done a lot of research before with no info saying it was a go or no go.

You don't have to cut the cowl.

Well here is what i order yesterday and last week:

-Holley fuel rail/line kit : 534-210
-Earls OE Fuel Line Quick Connects : AT991966
-Earls 180 degreSwivel-Seal Hose Ends: AT818006
-Earls An aluminium plug port: AT981408
-Russell AN Female to AN Male Fittings with Pressure Gauge Port : 670343 (earls wasnt stock for me on this one)
-Proform Black crinkle tall LS Valve Covers : 141-262
-Proform Coil Relocation Brackets : 69520
-Proform chevy oil cap : 141-630
-Msd truck wire : 39849
-DeatsWerk 78lbs injectors
-Professional Product powerforce plus sfi crank damper :90033
-A&A Turbosmart 50mm Big Bubba upgrade kit
-A&A 3.8 blower pulley with HD gates belt

While i will do the install of my new Tick custom cam, will replace my 10% UD pulley and 3.6 blower pulley for a a new stock size sfi Professionnal Product damper and a 3.8 blower pulley(should get me 8-9 psi at more than 6700rpm).The Big Bubba 50mm bov will replace the stock 35mm that wont do the job correctly.

Bought the valve cover/coil relocation to clear my Jesel shaft mount rocker.The fuel rail cover arent gonna go back because they dont fit.Since i wanted good looking and also a better setup i took the Holley kit with all the fittings.Will install my new DeatsWerk at the same time to replace my siemens 60lbs.Will run the feed line to the back pass,plug the rear driver.Crossover in front with the fuel pressure sensor in front driver.

I hate chrome or polished so everything is black, V3SI is black,real cf battery den cover,even my moroso aluminium ps tank and coolant overflow tank are painted satin black so the new valve cover and the new fuel rail will fit my setup perfectly.

Thanks
Eric

On the drivers side fuel rail what type of fitting did you use to clear the fire wall?
