Default Best blower kit for torque stock LS1?

I am trying to make 550-575 rwhp with as close to equal torque as I can get. Which kit is best with a stock engine, no headers--just the blower kit? I have had a blower before on an LS-6. I won't name names but the torque was only 433 lbft on a stock LS6 with no headers. The hp on the top end was there, but the torque was anemic. Any advice? Dyno sheets? Thanks.

I would think most PD Blowers would make gobs of torque.

JMO, no expert by any means.

Just don't see spending 2k on quality longtube headers for only 30ish lbft gain.

Your choice.
Haven't checked out a stroker setup. Is that just a different crank to create more displacement? What kind of torque and hp at wheels can be gained from just that? Anyhow, I wanted to keep streetability and gas mileage. I know, I am asking a lot. May have to just spend money on a C7 and avail myself of that torque monster LT1.

I did it with a 382 stroker, maggie, meth kit and a couple other go fast performance adders. 567/567 to the wheels.

I think I read people getting good gains from C6Z manifolds. A used set can't be that much.

Who said that?

Regardless, if you want instant full TQ with HP that falls flat up top go roots, in the centrifugal world the ECS kit will make more TQ then any other centri kit.

Having had a magnuson on my last C5, and now a A&A kit, I will say that both are very good. You WILL have heat soak with the magnuson, unless you do a major cooling system upgrade. So far, I am very impressed with the A&A kit. Drives very docile under 2K, with mid and top end power that will rip your head off. My A&A kit is running the minimum amount of boost for daily driving and feels great. I was always a PD blower guy, but this A&A kit really has me thinking differently. I am making around 570hp and 510 torque at the crank.(stock LS1) Plenty for what I need, which is daily driving and no drag racing. Good luck.

I prefer a centrifugal blower. I have an ex wife named Maggie and don't want to go there. Besides that I like the power curve of a centrifugal system.
