Nothing wrong with Stanley....but I feel I took it to the best for the work I want done. And another reason was because I am doing more than the standard bore and hone. Wanted someone who is used to pushing the envelope and does it daily.
Gotta pick the right person for the job.

I'm in on twins. I just want to see accessibility. That's kept me from doing it in the past.

I'm having Thompson motor sports do the short block. Killer warranty, and Kyle seemed very knowledgeable. Arp throughout, of course. I've got a couple ls1 short blocks on stands if you or your buddies need one.

Big power? Na, balanced/blueprinted/clearanced typical stuff. No six bolt heads or anything like that. Quiktrip pump gas! Come hang out sometime

Didn't know if you were planning on some "extra" machine work for insurance. Brian Gains is doing my machine work; pinning the mains, adding a main girdle, half filled, 1/2" studs w/hat washers, doweled jackets on the deck...etc..etc.

Just you basic 11:1, e85, a2a, 325"LS, twin BW billet 366's, modified PTK header kit...etc..etc.

I'm always at the track....it sucks to never see much LS power cars there.

Who's your buddy on the show.....I know all those guys....Mike and Todd...etc...

Sweet! Sounds like a beast! I'd love to check it out, I don't want to cage the car. still take it on trips etc. I used to go, haven't been in 3 years or so. Would like to bust a 9.9 in it before I get kicked off though. Does Dan still own trp?

I don't know the regulars, the c6z that ran farmtruck and came back with the Ferrari is my bud. Him and farm run around together. ( though that's not how the show put it). Lol!

No Dan does not own the track anymore.....sold it to APAC and Keith Haney/Todd Martin lease it.

Good luck on the build. I just said the heck with it. 6.0 iron block, Novi 2500, and nothing fancy. It gets old after a while.
