Default My Twin Turbo build! 408/E85/6spd

I decided the stock motor with a Vortech V3 just wasn't enough and decided to punish my wallet and take the next leap.

Iron Block 408 w/CNC'd 235 Trickflows
Mayhem Custom Camshaft
Wiseco Pistons
Callies Rods
Dragonslayer crank
Holley Midram intake w/90mm TB

E85 fuel with Holley Dominator pump & ID 2000 injectors
Twin 64-69 Turbonetics and custom in house fabrication.
Treadstone intercooler
JGS 60 BOV

Previously the car put down 670/580 with a Vortech V3 @ 12psi and meth. This is with the stock engine with a camshaft upgrade.

Now on wastegate (9psi) it has produced 760/700.
The difference is night/day on the power delivery, its fantastic!

Now onto the pictures!

Nice setup, but I cant see any flex joints on my phone. Worried about exhaust flex even if your using solid engine mounts?

Another great looking build. Where are you relocating the ECM to?

Nice job

I would probably consider adding a flex joing on turbo inlet pipes if you aren't solid mounts. Though, by the kit it doesn't look like you don't know what you're doing

Any dyno graph you could share? I literally have the same turbos sitting waiting to go on my car. Billet 6468's Turbonetics. This might be the first time i've seen someone on here use the Holley midram

Yes it was. This is the second build they've done for me. Great job all the way around with them.

In regards to the ECM relocate, I'll have to see as the car is back there right now getting the boost **** turned up a little bit after the break-in period.

I spy some RPS silicone

Very nice dude. As Joey mentioned it looks pretty solid on the hot side. MIGHT need a flex joint if not running solid mounts(engine-trans).

I like it. Your results and gains where very similar to what mine where when going from blower to twins. After doing the switch over,...I would never go back to anything other then turbo power. Glad it has worked out for you as well. Nice, efficient gains.

Thanks guys! The engine actually have modified mounts to fit the mid-ram intake, so possibly helps. Should have a few new numbers today after they add just a little more boost . Just have to get use to the fuel mileage change from 93 to E85 and massive injectors!

Yeah, biggest drawback is the mileage difference on E. catch 22
