Cylinder 7 is almost always leaner. Step colder plug is a bit safer there.

Milan any experience with different gaps?

Something about the manifold design. Somehow 7 ends up with more air than all the others.

Cylinder #7 is the last to get fuel, or so that's the theory. I think that may be only an issue with stock rails but I will let someone else who knows for sure chime in.

Not that I have any dyno proof of. I run the D585 (truck coils) with the dwell cranked up so I can get away with a little more gap. E85 likes spark a lot.

I went from the tr6 gapped at .35 to the br7 and gapped to .22. It works for my setup, but it is different for every setup. I just wanted to get away from the protruding tip, and it liked it. I think ohming out your plug wires a couple times a year is good practice also. I had a plug wire that ohmed high and changed it out, gained 17 RWHP. Nothing changed but wire, then they continued to adjust it from there. Just a little FYI.

I ohm my plug wires often too. I've caught bad ones.

BR7s here, around 32...

Guess I'll try dropping down a bit on the gap, and need some fresh wires, what do you guys like BEST???

Some please say the cause of failer to piston # 7 when there is no steam line run from the rear of the cylinder heads to the radiator witch cause more heat
