I wouldn't had found it if I hadn't noticed rust on bottom of outside of tubes. I googled it and read about meth causing rust issues inside pipe. I pulled pipe and that's what I found.

The small y pipe from supercharger to intercooler was fine internally. Had some rust external on bottom.

Worst area was just down stream of meth inlet.

Has to be the water.. alcohol simply evaporates with any kind of heat.

100% meth for the win water will rust your pipes

I know its more money. Might be a good time to upgrade to a large single intercooler and loose allot of the extra piping. I had a twin set up a few years ago and did just that. Just a thought.
