Default Effective compression ratio with boost?

Here's an off the wall question:
With 8 psi boost, what does the effective compression ratio become? I think stock is about 10.25 +/-.

So we're cramming more air in. Seems to me it has to be raising the effective / relative compression ratio. Anyone who can do the math - or tell me why it's NOT higher?

Thanks!!
