I havent see one with absolutely no markings, but if its a totally custom piston is different than, say just changing something on a shelf piston like compression height etc... They both will be called custom. But really different if someone specs just about every aspect. If the engine builder was trying to keep it totally secret I could see them removing them. Just a guess though. I don't see why there wouldn't be some identifying marks for any other reason though.

builder said no one made a piston that would work, they were to loose and he didn't want to bore a ls2 on boost, so we waited a month for pistons they must have been ok ran them for a hard boosted year. Thanks for the response

8.20 never broke I would, & just put the vette back to per say stock and have a nice DD with that. That vette will never see a 8.20 run after run on your set up as it is now..

You had Diamonds in your Malibu? You mean like attached to your big glasses and fur coat?

Just kidding, bad *** cars can wear any color.

can you all Pm me good POCs at Diamond or Cp bullet ?

I'm looking for pistons, pins, and rods that will handle 1k hp in a small bore 4.8 tt build

I have a lunati 4.0 crank and some 3.86 wiseco pistons but the bores in my block look good so a stock 3.78 or 3.8 bore that will work with the 4.0 crank

also like advice on what rods, don't want to spend more than 800 on the rods or pistons if I can help it!

I read all the posts here and was wondering why no mention of Manley pistons? What do you guys think? Specifically for supercharging.
